"We had an early flight so we arrived at the hotel at 8am and check in is usually at 3pm but they allowed us to check in early (straight away) and on top of that we got an upgrade to one of the few rooms with a balcony! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The interior, the bathroom, everything was perfect. "

"The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. The location was fantastic so close to everything and easy access to trams/transport. Staff were nice and it was great they are open 24/7 as I arrived after midnight. I didn’t try the restaurant, bit it always looked busy at breakfast. I would happily stay here again. "

The reception team are truly next level welcoming, friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. They go out of their way to make you feel valued and cared for and nothing is ever too much trouble. Every interaction felt genuine and warm and the level of professionalism across the entire hotel is exceptional. It honestly could not be a better experience. The service alone makes Atlantis Hotel stand out as one of the best places I have ever stayed. Huge credit to the reception staff and the whole team for creating such an awesome and memorable experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone."
