"There was a vast amount of construction around the hotel, there were roadblocks, a lot of u-turns to get into the property. The name of the hotel was not Best Western, it was Premier, which threw up off for locating even after getting through the roadblocks. If a customer standing outside did not tell us that this was Best Western, we would not have known."

"My stay at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center with my husband and 7-year-old daughter was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in the room was not working, leaving the space damp and muggy, which made it very uncomfortable for all of us—especially with a young child. To make matters worse, the iron in the room was not functioning. I contacted guest services, but the response was significantly delayed. By the time a replacement was provided, I had already missed the opportunity to use it and had to leave for a prior commitment with un-ironed clothes, which was very frustrating. The washroom was also in poor condition, with outdated fixtures, chipped tiles, and an unclean bathtub—far below acceptable standards. This experience warrants a response from management, and I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor conditions."

"When the sign directs the guests to the “ice machine” and this tired guest dutifully makes the 200-yard walk to and from his room to obtain ice, only to find that the ice machine has been removed, this guest finds that to be not just inconvenient but deliberately MEAN "

"Stayed overnight due to missed flight. Very near to Miami International airport, clean room, nice restaurant and bar on location, front desk staff courteous and welcoming. "
