Pretty convenient location with several dining options. Clean room and nice common areas. The Blue Lagoon restaurant and fitness center on the 10th floor was a nice spot to get a bite. I would stay here again and recommend.

The highlight of the day was the spacious rooms and the breakfast was amazing. The service was not bad, but they were just not very attentive. Which in reality for the price that you’re paying is expected the only other thing I would say is that the water Behind the hotel that the view overlooks was extremely polluted, that might be a little beyond them, though. The views were beautiful, of the airport and of the river. The facilities were beautiful and in a great location.

I would have liked to rate the place higher but because of the inconvenience of the shuttle having our family waiting outside the airport for nearly 2 hours I can’t. They only offered water when we finally got there.

The hotel itself was awesome. I will stay at this hotel again. Only one staff member was sub par with his customer service. Not sure if he was having a bad morning or what. However hotel of itself and stay there was great.

The highlight was definitely the hotel staff Kenny. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind.
