I was looking for a no-frills hotel, but this is basically a youth hostel with a private bathroom. Fellow guests were loud and smoking weed at the entrance to the hotel. Oh, no desk staff after 6p. An arriving guest banged on my door to help her get into her room. Crazy! The room was clean, so that was nice

It’s like camping. Do not expect for any kind of ammunities here. stayed for 3 nights. Asked for fresh towels multiple times but never provided. On the bright side it motivates you to get out and start your day early. There are many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby

Spacious with friendly staff. Good for those who spend more time outside. AC is window unit so it’s loud if you want to sleep with it on at night. My 2nd room stay with 2 queens and balcony is much better and I didn’t need a full kitchen. Will stick with this option next time. Host response is A+.

We enjoyed our stay here the room was clean and very nice as show on the photos. The elevator smells moldy and building interior outside of guest rooms could be a bit more cleaner but for what we paid for and the convenience of having south beach a few steps away it was so worth it! We will def consider booking here again!

Staff was terrific. The rooms were clean. However they very bare minimal. It did not have a homey feel. The TV channels did not work. There were no wash clothes supplied. Further explanation needs to be given on how to lock and unlock the room doors.

We enjoyed the restaurant that was attached to the hotel! The rooms doesn't look like the advertisement, the bed wasn't so comfortable, and there was constant noise from the upper hotel room above us! We complained to the staff regarding our unpleasant experience. I would give the rooms a three and a half , maybe a four. The distance walking to South Beach was nice. We suggest a sprucing for the hotel rooms, would be nice!
