"Room was updated, very clean and comfortable. We had one night where an alarm went off but after that we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is walkable to all the old town sights and the Castle. We would stay here again!"

"Turned up and greeted by a lovely member of staff who went through everything with me and as I was early and room was ready allowed me to check in. I had in issue with the room door and informed reception who made sure everything was sorted by the time I came back. I’d also not got a phone charger but had a wire but this didn’t work with my phone (believe it was a wire issue not a usb socket issue), so went to reception and they lent me a charger so I had enough battery for the train journey home the following day. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay including a really comfy bed. I don’t normally sleep well when away from home but this was best I’d slept in a hotel for some time. "
