"Please do not be put off by the negative reviews. I was worried after checking the reviews after booking the reservation, but the hotel and room were clean. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. There is an electric kettle with supplies for making quick tea. There is good parking at the back, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was not noisy. The staff and other guests were polite. The hotel also has a lovely little dining room. It is clearly stated that towels and bedsheets are replaced every other day, which we were fine with. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Overall it was a good deal. "

"It was overall a pleasant stay in the residence. The staff, most especially Romik were warm and welcoming. I even got a room upgrade which I highly appreciated not to mention the comfty bed! Location is also convenient as you have direct buses that can take you to the city center. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation."

"Melville Castle was such a highlight on our trip. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfy, and shower was incredible. The entire castle was decorated for the holidays and it was so cozy and charming. We ate dinner in the restaurant and HIGHLY recommend. We will absolutely be back"

"The room was clean. Their were no staff. There was a self check in / check out procedure which was easy to follow. Other more regular guests were helpful. There was tea/coffee facilities in room. Kitchen facilities meant food I'd brought could be prepared. Enjoyable stay."
