"During my stay, I experienced several issues that impacted my overall experience. The bed linens were noticeably uncomfortable and remained itchy even after they were changed. Additionally, I had to request a room change due to the lack of hot water and the absence of a functioning phone in my original room.
I would like to commend the night shift staff, as they were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay.
However, there were further inconveniences, including a power outage...
