"An amazing stay from start to finish. The staff are fantastic — we even got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. The pool is lovely and the hotel has a warm, cozy feel throughout. However, the hotel appears to be understaffed, which affects the overall experience. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The food is quite basic—I only tried the breakfast and something from the pool bar, and both were underwhelming. The main issue is the lack of staff availability, which impacts service quality. Additionally, the spa is overrated and not worth the money."

"C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement. L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien. Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers."
