"An amazing stay from start to finish. The staff are fantastic — we even got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. The pool is lovely and the hotel has a warm, cozy feel throughout. They stated we would get a vegetable tangine with lentils, but instead ended up with just a tangine of beans. This was disappointing."
