"Good"

"The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool was freezing cold and the water was cloudy. The breakfast is alright although the selection is very limited and commercial. Not bad overall but the pool situation was a disappointment. Management needs to look into this."

"The fundamentals were all good - the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, the place was very clean, the rooms were a nice size. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was ok - like a chain motel's. However, there were some odd maintenance issues - not sure whether the problem is lack of communication from the cleaning staff to maintenance, or something else. But the first room I was given had a really strong odor. I was quickly given another room, which was fine except for the two burned out light bulbs in the bathroom. My friend's room had a wall-mounted hair dryer that had come off the wall, and was very difficult to use because of the big piece that attaches to the wall - the front desk gave her another, but apparently it took some pressure to get it. And her phone didn't work."

"No hand soap. No stopper in the bathtub. No ironing board. No hangers."

"The day staff was amazing! Engaging and welcoming. One of the entrances wouldn't register my card to let me in, the other didn't need a card, we just walked in. Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing."

"The hotel was very nice. Our room was large and spacious. I really liked the layout of the room and felt the price was very reasonable. The info we received stated that housekeeping was not done on the weekends, which was fine. But I was expecting at least 1-2 times that our room would be refreshed during the week and it was not. We stayed Sat through Wed. Other than that, location was good. We would consider staying again."
