"I don't like to give bad reviews, and the main girl / owner was nice but....Unfortunately this was a real disappointment - the hostel is absolutely filthy, and worst of all they only have 2 tiny bathrooms for the whole hostel - that means if someone is in the shower or using the toilet there is nowhere to go - including ALL the dorm customers etc - for that many customers it is unacceptable really! We were constantly having to wait for the toilet and usually there was no toilet paper. I had to...

"Charming hotel where you are treated like family. Jose curated an amazing itinerary for us before we even arrived. From cozy wine tastings in front of the fire to made to order breakfast, the staff exceeded our expectations at every turn especially when my husband became ill. Their concern and care was so appreciated. Our visit to Mendoza was way too short, but we will definitely return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! "
