Fantastic location n an enjoyable, pleasant stay for 4 nights. Will make a comeback.

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

Strategically located in the city centre, you get a contemporary-themed room - spacious, clean, and well equipped. A restobar serving great food just across the street and numerous other famous food stalls within minutes’ walk. Almost perfect!

Very helpful and responsive staff. Anything you need and if they can help, they'll help immediately. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the night but it's safe and quiet inside. They have hbo go so you can watch your favourite movies. Nice that they have powerbank you can use when you go out. Rooms are very small but cosy. Shower is see thru from the little room.

Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Check in was very smooth and to my surprise I was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe room for FREE! I got a room in the 11th floor overlooking the sea and the view was brilliant. Hotel is pretty good and room looked fairly new and well maintained. Nice toiletries and innovative switches for lights. Bath tub was outside the bath room with no partition from the bed. So, couldn't use it but again I am not a big fan of bath tub anyway. Hands down for the...

Staff are courteous and friendly. Good location. No unpleasant smell in the rooms. Will certainly return for future stay.

Negative stuff first, the WiFi is painfully slow and the rooms have little or no sound proofing so you can often hear your neighbours or people in the hallway. So why the 5* review? Because for the price this is an excellent hotel, cheap, lovely rooms, great staff and perfect location. My 1st choice when in KK.
