Overall, the property is ok. One of the few ones with a gym. Things to improve: 1. More healthy food options 2. Stains on the bed sheets 3. At checkout the receptionist didn’t even say “Thank you”

I have a house in Cala Blanca, but we stayed in the Princess Playa with our family 10 years ago we enjoyed that much we wanted to stay again, not dissapointed.

Personal 🔝, estado d las instalaciones, mejorable
Personal agradable en general, buenas zonas comunes pero mantenimiento mejorable, la habitación también bastante mejorable, desperfectos en el mobiliario, falta de limpieza en el baño. Por contra, la zona de baño está muy bien, con diversas zonas incluido jacuzzi, servicio de bar junto a la piscina principal y amplia zona de tumbonas. Comida bastante buena y con variedad, servicio tanto en el interior como en la terraza, ésta muy agradable para desayunos y cenas.

Todo perfecto, los camareros del bufet muy amables y la comida bastante calidad para ser bufet. La limpieza perfecta, a diario. La habitación era una suite júnior, muy amplia, con cocina y todo. Ojalá podamos repetir!!

Die Junior Suite war gross, das Badezimmer sauber. Gute Klimaanlage. Frühstück war gut und man konnte auch draussen sitzen (dort hatte es allerdings nicht viele Tische). Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Der Pool und die Anlage waren sehr schön. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Pas bien dormi !
Hotel agreable pour passer quelques jours de vacances, propreté , piscine et personnel au top . Le bémol sera la literie avec des alèses en plastique fort désagreable vu les températures , le matelas pas mieux et la "cantine" si vous prenez la pension complète , on est loin d'un restaurant ...

La cama (colchón) y las almohadas son especialmente incómodas. Las cortinas no tapan la luz y hace difícil dormir. Hay demasiado ruido que viene de los pasillos. El lavabo es interior y no dispone de ningún tipo de ventilación. El minibar no enfría NADA (según en recepción eso es normal...cosa que me sorprende). El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. El desayuno está bien, hay variedad de comida y buena. Disponen de servicio de ducha para cuando haces el check out. Personal amable.

Nettoyage a la va vite et pas digne d'un 4* ... cheveux des occupants precedents, sable, papier dans la salle de bains. Nous avons du nous plaindre deux fois avant que le nettoyage devienne a peu pres acceptable... la reception nous a laissé une bouteille de mousseux pour s'excuser ce que nous avons apprecié mais on reste sur un gout amer quand meme, a 130 eur la nuit... D'autant que la deco accuse les années et la chambre sentait un peu le renfermé. Coté positif le petit dejeuner et la piscine, tres bien. L'hotel etait calme.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, es de destacar ya que todos eran muy amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Lo que menos me gustó, que pedí un gin tonic y llevaba poco gin. 😂

Il Princesa Playa ha soddisfato tutte le nostre esigenze. Posizione quella di Son Xoriguer strategica perchè vicina a tutte le cale più belle dell'Isola e vicina a Ciutadella. Il verde che circonda le piscine da la sensazione di un'oasi naturale. Le camere che abbiamo preso erono spaziose con un bel terrazzo. Tutti i servizi sono stati eccellenti, inoltre il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente...

L'hôtel est agréable et propre avec une grande piscine, et les chambres confortables avec une literie de bonne qualité Le personnel est sympathique.La nourriture est assez variée. Le petit bémol est la connexion wifi qu in'est pas au top ! C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
