"We loved everything about our experience here! The staff was awesome & stored our bags so we could explore before check-in, our room was ready a little earlier than anticipated so we got to get up quicker, our rooms view was amazing and the location is perfect! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room layout was convenient and well thought out. When we requested anything additional, it for delivered quickly and with a smile. When we come back to Madrid in the future, we will 10000% be staying here again. "
