"This magnificent, luxurious hotel is located at the centre of everything. Just a short walk to the Duomo, to various markets, to wonderful little restaurants and so many shops. We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence. Thank you to all the staff at Bernini Palace for making our visit to Florence even more memorable."

"I would stay here again. While the check in process was a bit slow, the room was comfy, air conditioned, and had a great shower. There's a rush for check in at 3pm so be prepared to wait. They have a great luggage service for 3 euros, so you can ditch your stuff and wander the city while you wait for check in, or before you leave the city. Everything is walkable from this location, which is fabulous."

"Exceptionally tranquil and relaxing villa in the Tuscan hills. No highway noise or downtown party noise, just a constant mild breeze filled with the songs of a variety of birds. Close enough to downtown Florence to see all the sights, either via the free hotel shuttle or by 30-minute walk if you don’t mind the incline (or the heat, it gets pretty warm and humid). Likewise, close to the meeting points for many 3rd party excursions (aside: the off-road wine safari was a lot of fun). Bed was very comfy and the room and grounds were kept very clean. The scenery was amazing, and the substantial garden made for a comfortable place to relax in the afternoon. Service was very good, the bar was well stocked, and the restaurant served some stellar meals, both at lunch, and at dinner enjoyed outside by sunset. The buffet breakfast was also very good. I would definitely return!"

"Fantastic stay in a great gated property. Our room is spacious and very clean. We liked the facilities and environment. They also have a mini mart and a restaurant inside the campground which made everything so convenient. We would love to visit again."

"The staff was awesome and the area fantastic. The rooftop view amazing. I would caution though to make sure there are no stairs to your room once you get out of the elevator. We ended up with 17 stairs to get to our room. My bad as I should have asked or made it known we needed accessibility. Lesson learned. Overall we did okay. "
