Clean room, kind staff but there was a few pieces of gym equipment that weren’t working (peloton bike and cross trainer) which we were looking forward to using.

St Ives Apartments
Great staff, good location. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The hallway smelled a little musty. A good future renovation would be to replace all carpeting with hard flooring. Updates in bathroom were good.
