The listing is not accurate at all. If we had planned to cook in the apartment, we would have been even more disappointed to...

"I liked the location, 5 minutes walk to the train station and the beach. The room was clean and balcony had the best view over Sorrento. I met the landlord lady and her family, very kind and nice people. The staff were helpful and organized. I enjoyed my stay very much."

"Wow!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The staff, the restaurant, the food, and the views!! So very spectacular!! They upgraded our room to #70. I’ve never been in a more amazing room with breathtaking views!! I did not feel well for a couple of days and the staff checked on me and brought me snacks and drinks to help we feel better. They were very caring a compassionate. Over all friendly and helpful. Spectacular in every way!"

"Easy access to the train station across the plaza. Room was very nice clean and quiet. Ours had stone walls on at least 2 sides which helped mute any noises. Nice roof top bar but food and service were more like what you would expect from a US hotel - overpriced and so so. The gym is a treadmill, stationary bike and one or two other machines in an open room - which was to have but if you’re wanting a more complete gym this is not one."

"We stayed here for 5 nights, it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is charming & very well maintained. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely with ample options.Location is central with the view of the water from the rooftop & walk to the marina where the ferries leave is abt 20 mnts but there is an elevator that can take you down to that marina also if u are not in the mood to walk down.Grand Marina is also abt 15-20 mnts walk, has some nice restaurants. Lots of restaurants & shopping right outside the hotel. The Donna Sofia Restaurant just outside the hotel is a great dining option."
