"The location was on point, close enough to the good spots without the noise of the party side of the city. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and answered to my concerns very quickly, great communication! I only wished that the bathroom had shampoo and conditioner like every other Airbnb I had stayed. The amenities were great, however the pool was a bit dirty so I didn’t want to use it. Overall it was a great experience and I do recommend this place! :)"

"The hotel is located in a very convenient area. You can find restaurants, bar, theatre and parks very close by. Love the hotel, it has a rooftop pool, a gym and two restaurants. The staff is very attentive and polite. Main attractions are in walking distance. I will highly recommend this hotel."

"Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. "This is a very welcoming, well located hotel with very clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel staff, without exception, were always warm, polite and extremely helpful, going out of their way to meet any requests. We were always met with a smile and given the impression that nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is within easy walking distance of great places to eat and a calm oasis in a vibrant, bustling city. We hope to return soon! Thank you to all the staff!"

"It’s run more like a BnB. No daily housekeeping but staff always around if you Need something. Loved having the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment. Great location. Walkable to so many Restaurants and bars. The parks and museums."
