"I’ve been to Istanbul many times but this time happened to randomly book Hyatt so that our stay would be a little farther from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were blown away by the hospitality and generosity of the staff, especially the manager Gozde. She went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé & I have a pleasant stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, it exceeded our expectations. The pool, gym and VIP lounge with breathtaking views were magnificent as well. Our room view was also phenomenal. We will definitely book again. Thanks for making our stay as pleasant as it could ever be. We really appreciated the generosity especially during the timing of war. "

Each and every single individual made it the best experience ever, and this location absolutely lives up to it's standard as a Radisson Hospitality hub, owning up to the Carlson name and legacy. The staff here should be very well observed to be given the best treatment, benefits, and highest of raises. They all truly deserve it with grace. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
