"Everything about the hotel is great. I mean everything.. they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and I was comfortable. The only negative caveat is the outside surroundings of downtown LA. It’s like going to a different world, but of course they have no control over that so five stars as far as the property goes."

"It was a great experience all of the staff I encountered were friendly it’s was nice. Parking threw me off and had to go around again but it was chill. Self parking $40 per night valet parking is $50 although while I was waiting for my room they did take the chair I was sitting in lol "
