NH Collection Mexico City Reforma
Hotel is next to the bars and I could hear the music going until 4am every night. The shower had no hot water, the TV would constantly stop working and a small M&M bag was over $3. My room was only cleaned 1 day out of 4. I spoke to the front desk but they never rectified anything.

Clean room, very friendly staff, excellent location. It’s undergoing renovations so the price should reflect that. the location and the attention from the staff makes up for everything. Would stay again!

Friendly and helpful staffs. But the hotel is aged with lots of amenities outdated. The suite room is not well equipped and would not recommend for future guests.
