As a first-time visitor to Mexico, I truly appreciated the thoughtful recommendations and guidance they provided it made my trip feel both comfortable and memorable. There was a small mix-up with my breakfast location one morning, but the restaurant staff handled it seamlessly and graciously accommodated me for the included buffet. That level of attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the club staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, creating an environment that felt both relaxing and elevated. The room was always clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily after our return from outings. It was clear that great care was taken to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall, I am very impressed with the service and hospitality. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others. "

"We really enjoyed our 5-day stay here, the hotel is centrally, located to many of the tourist attractions. I got upgraded and had access to the business lounge where they had breakfast and evening snacks which we really enjoyed. Also fell safe while walking in the night around the hotel area. "

"Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a suite which was a great size with a comfortable bed and a really powerful shower. Cleaning was excellent with housekeeping normally working around your timings and not necessarily theirs. Checking in and out was also easy with the hotel in a good location lots of nearby bars, restaurants and the metro. There is also a really well equipped gym. The only negatives for me was the aircon which was a little too cold but I couldn’t seem to change it and I thought the coffee place in reception was a little expensive. It’s a shame about the pool too as it was on the shade for most of the afternoon and the day we sat out embarrassing they laid out tables for lunch overlooking the pool so as we lay on the loungers there were lots of people just staring at us. Felt a little odd. "
