"The hotel is well located. Two blocks from Paseo de la Reforma Avenue. A lot of restaurants, drugs stores and convenience stores nearby. The pillows are not so good but in general is a good place for a short visit to Mexico City."

"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Century Reforma. My buddy and I checked in around 2:00 PM, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early before the official time. It was a great first impression. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice city view, good air conditioning, and a cozy seating area that added to the ambiance. The bed was comfortable, and the washroom featured a jacuzzi‑style bathtub, which was a nice touch. Room service was prompt and friendly throughout our stay. The rooftop pool also offered a beautiful view of the city. Although we didn’t get the chance to use it, it definitely added to the appeal of the hotel. My buddy left after the first night, and I checked out early on my second night around 9:30 PM because I had a midnight flight. The staff asked me to note my early departure on the guest card. I complied, though I hope this information is used appropriately and that the room isn’t made available to others for the remainder of the night after my checkout. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. "

"While some folks would consider this place nice it is not for my standards…mediocre at best a cheap hotel..The place is masked by touches here and there i checked in and out within 5 minutes. The so called room with a standard room faces the window and is just not pleasant and not big enough for 2. The staff tried upgrading to another room and it was not any better. For this price you can get an Airbnb in much better and decent conditions "
