Host has disappeared with my security deposit!!!!

Do not rent here!!! I stayed with my family at "Rare Find! NEW Corner House by MIA Best of Doral" which I booked thru Hotels.com. We were required by ALL SEASONS VACATION RENTAL to pay a security deposit (on top of cleaning fee) via Zelle prior to the stay. I still have not recieved refund of my security deposit after being told on 3 separate days that it would be refunded that day. it has been 45 days!!! No one will call or email me back. I filed a complaint thru hotels.com, they reached out to All Season Vacation Rentals and not even hotels.com can get anyone to call them back. The phone number I was given doesn't even work anymore. CLEARLY THIS IS A SCAM TO KEEP SECURITY DEPOSITS. As for the stay, I had to go out in middle of night to buy RAID bug spray because there was an infestation of ants in the kitchen. We were told there would be parking for 2 cars. We only had one car and still there was no parking on most nights. I am normally not one to write bad reviews but this is a scam that I don't want others to be a victim to.
