This spot was perfect for our staycation. It was clean and there was sufficient space for us in the unit! The big perk was the parking and the easy access to the downtown area and the major highways. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great for business travel

I travel weekly somewhere, and I appreciate staying at a place that is easy to access and with a simpler check in and out process. That was my experience staying with Broadway suites in Miami. I didn’t have to deal with anyone when I was tired at the end of the day. Nice location, nice place, and it was even close to a Walgreens. I will be staying with them again. Thanks!

I was in town for business, so I do not have too much to say about the immediate neighborhood but will say it was only a few minute walk to downtown Brickell. I liked having a little more space that a hotel room and full kitchen. The communication is excellent. I would stay again.

our stay at the hotel came with some issues. One of the major concerns was the lack of breakfast, which we expected to be at least partially compensated with some tea and coffee, but unfortunately, even these basic amenities were not provided. Additionally, the noise from the floor above disrupted our peace and comfort.

We loved it. It was cute and clean. Parking was difficult but if you’re using Uber or something it would be great! It has a kitchenette w/ a coffee pot. Complimentary coffee would have been perfect!

Property was okay, overall. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with small kids as it is next to downtown, Miami. Parking is easier on the street than the parking spot assigned. Furniture can use some minor fixing and doors can be difficult to open. Definitely a good stay for adults but wouldn’t recommend for a family.

Broadway Downtown Suites

I would like to rave about my stay at Broadway Suites Downtown hosted by David and Jason! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to understand and the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. It was fantastic that there was parking on site and the place was in an amazing location but still quiet! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of time and effort in making their home feel like home to others. I will absolutely be back and we will recommend their home to anyone traveling to the Miami area!

Location, cleanness and feeling home

The property location is great, safe and easy to locate. Outside garden is very well maintained and the access instructions easy to follow. When enter the apartment you have a very welcoming set up. The place ia very clean and the service is very good overall. For me the most important is that if any qiestions they answer right away and have a very good disposition for any requests. I've been there twice and never disappointed.
