"Customer service was not great "

"The room smelled funky as soon as you walked in the room. There was no running water throughout the facility. The advertisement said breakfast included yet no breakfast was included. They didn’t have bottled water for the guests to drink while the water was out. Staff had poor customer service skills. Overall the hotel need li to come investigate this property."

These people act like they are you doing you a favor by letting you walk into the front door! This place is DIRTY ALL THE TIME! And they know it and the attitude is like oh well. "

"We were given 2 dirty rooms before finally getting a clean room. The grounds and pools were never clean. There was always trash or leftover food from the previous day left all over the grounds. Upon our arrival is was absolute chaos. A pool had to be closed due to the rowdy crowd. The attendants were not attentive at all. We will never stay here again. "
