Horrible service. Terrible expedience. The front desk people were nice, but they had no power to accommodate. So ultimately i was very neglected including my room not being ready at check in time. Nobody to talk to. The manager couldn’t be reached again n again. Finally I walked across the street to find her. Sadly her attitude was disgusting. Let alone she kept lying, just not to have to accommodate. Shame on grand beach to keep that woman as the manager. She should be called DAMAGER.

The hotel offers no services ~ you must walk to the sister hotel for food, shopping, beach, etc . Frequently, there was no one at the front desk. Nice part of town, but I'm not sure I would stay there again
