I like that I had a kitchen with a separate bedroom so that one of us cannot be disturbed when I was sleeping. I also like tha fact that the balcony was very long and wide when you compare it to YotelPad with the narrow balcony. My 2 major gripes aboiy this hotel room is the balcony is a bit difficult to open so you jave have to use a lot of strength to open it, and the washer dryer unit is old-school, especially considering all the other appliances are modern. Other than that, I had a really great stay at the Icon Brickell

Easy check-in through texting and meeting up with team member in lobby, to get us on the elevator to go up to our room. Loved the view from our room, beds were clean, towels were clean and stocked, toilet tissue was stocked, great selection of seasonings for cooking.
Cons:
- Could have been better updated balcony furniture
- Table lamp and better lighting fixture needed in 2nd bedroom
- Non-cracked toilet seat in guest bathroom
- New shower heads and water needed to be hotter in both bathroom showers
- Working ceiling light needed in master bedroom
- Needed kitchen paper towels to be stocked like the toilet tissue and towels
Would book again definitely, even with the little quirks that can be fixed or may be different in another room!

The day I checked I sent message that WiFi didn’t work and got response to contact host. Did that no response. Sent message in app. Was told will be fixed next day never came. Had no WiFi the whole trip. The smoke detector in bedroom went off every 1 minute because of a dead battery. Cooked breakfast and the place only had 1 fork. The tub didn’t work and was very dangerous to get in and out unless you are over 7 foot tall. Dry slippery as well. Also the balcony doors did not lock properly.

Recomendo e Voltaria...pequenos detalhes to 5stars
Boa no geral, o apartamento é amplo, muito tranquilo e confortável para um casal + 2 filhos, na suíte principal excelente espaço, vista, colchão de qualidade, banheiro também com excelente espaço e estrutura. Na cozinha completa, porém mais pratos e talheres seria interessante o numero de peças e exato. Na sacada a vista é bacana, porém ali precisa de uma limpeza, há muita sujeira e restos de hospedes anteriores, é um detalhe pequeno, mas há. Na nossa estadia tivemos pequeno imprevisto com a falta do ferro de passar roupas, que no final foi resolvido, e enviado, porém poderia haver mais agilidade nestas coisas menores. Eu recomendo e voltaria. ahhh dica é procurar estacionamento externo, no predio a diária para o carro é muito cara, sugestão busque o Spothero, tem opções de estacionamentos muito proximos por menos da metade do preço do condomínio.
