"Super clean "

"The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. There are 4 buildings and 4 restaurants. We enjoyed the multiple menus and varied ambiance. Our room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was no problem with noise.We had a great view of the ocean. There is a lovely park outside the hotel, great people watching and beach access. Beach chairs, towels and bikes are included. And they gave us bottles of water for the beach. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to South Beach!"

"Hi I'm not from Miami and this was my first time it was my Birthday weekend I paid for one of the most expensive rooms the skyline with a balcony and washer dryer and a stove. They totally was 2200.00 plus 100 a nite and valet was 75 dollars a night no matter what you're already paying which is ridiculous but if you don't use their ballet you have to walk way across the street with everything that you have. The staff was very rude and I shall not when it came to me trying to find a better parking spot or needing assistance with laundry or extra towels they lied consistently about coming up to the room and sending housekeeping when we saved almost 5 days they lied everyday and said that we have to say three days then we have to stay four days and then it went to the housekeeping only comes unless you stay over a week which was a lie. They were very lazy at this hotel the room had already had residue of something following in there before we came the staff again was very very rude and would not even help even the manager on duty that weekend from April 9th through the 14th. That was my first day there and my last you will be better off going somewhere else especially for the lousy housekeeping the lousy staffing and honestly the lousy room. It sucks but Miami was lit!!"

"Highly recommend! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. Valet immediately greeted us and insisted on helping with our bags, which set the tone. At check-in, Mia was incredibly sweet and professional—she checked us in early, offered a great upgrade, and later surprised us with champagne and a platter sent to our room. Such an amazing touch! They brought our luggage up, and the room was perfect—spotless, with an incredible view. Beach service was outstanding: chairs, towels, and umbrella were all set up for us (umbrella available for an extra charge), and we had full food and drink service right on the beach. It truly felt like pure bliss staying here. The location is also ideal—we were able to walk everywhere, exploring in the mornings and evenings after enjoying the resort all day."
