Nice renovated apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and washroom. Safe neighborhood near 5 street. Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it.

Owner and manager were VERY helpful!!!! They are VERY nice!!! There is Target, TJ Maxx and Public's grocery store in walking distance. The larger units are the better units. It’s an older building.

The property was perfect for a vacation. It’s 8 minutes away from the beach and some cool restaurants. They also have a Target shopping store that’s a 2 minute walk from the property. I will DEFINITELY book here again in the future.

This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as the conditions were unacceptable, unsafe, and nowhere near the standard advertised. Mold on unsafe windows, broken curtains, noise from cars, room next to stop in the street, broken WC, light fixture broken, dirt under the furniture, noise fridge, watermarks on floors, curtains didn't close complete, light coming out from street at night, no front desk, kept you waiting for long time to answer and get your codes to check in, horrible management... this is false advertising, no luxury at all. I hope I can upload pictures and video I got from that horror place.. please Make yourself a favor.... Skip The booking here!

Perfect layout for a stopover before onboarding on our cruise. Has all the required necessities even beach chairs and towels ! The manager is very quick to respond. 10x better than a hotel room. I don't have anything negative to say. We enjoyed our stay and will return for our next cruise.

Property owner is very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and no insects inside the place. The TV even comes with Netflix. I wish the shower had better water pressure.
