"pros: great breakfast, clean room, free shuttle to and from airport cruise shuttle through fee. comfortable beds. Cons: service in restaurant was mediocre. I had to ask for water refill even though there were 3 staff standing in front of me. some minor wear and tear in furniture in room. AC took forever to kick on. Great for a 1 night stay, don’t know if I would stay more than that. it’s rated as a 4 star hotel I would say 3 at best. "

"Excellent staff at this Hotel, they really went above and beyond. The noise is quite bad on the weekends from the nearby road, with cars racing up and down. Not really the fault of the hotel, but something to note. The rooms are on the older side now, as i believe they are decommissioning this hotel soon and opening a new location on Miami Beach. I would definitely stay here again just for the staff who went above and beyond, and will consider hyatt for all my future trips. Thanks!"

"I recently stayed at the Ramada and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was that there was no elevator, which was never clearly stated beforehand. I had to carry and pull my luggage up two flights of stairs, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting. On top of that, the two attendants at the front desk were very snappy and unwelcoming when I asked questions. Customer service makes a huge difference during a stay, and overall I did not feel valued as a guest. I believe guests should be informed ahead of time if there is no elevator, especially for travelers with luggage, disabilities, or mobility concerns. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and I would not choose this location again."

"I had a wonderful one night stay for couple’s getaway. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect short trip to airport. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and like the breakfast. Would recommend it."

"Malo, el servicio mal me entregaron la habitación sucia, me tuvieron que cambiar la habitación no se podía comer nada no no es muy malo muy mal el Hotel muy bonito muy buena muy buena ubicación, hubieron personas que así trataron de qué el servicio fuera un poco mejor para mis vacaciones, como por ejemplo una muchacha que trabajaba en el área de la piscina una muchacha de la recepción, pero de ahí en fuera pésimo la habitación me la entregaron que no había ni siquiera cambiado la sábana de los clientes anteriores. La comida muy mala es muy poco servicio y lo único bueno el desayuno que hay un poquito más de variedad de ahí en fuera más nada que no sea el churrasco y papas frita todo lo demás es comida rápida para entrar al restaurante hay que reservar y no me dejaron reservado. Supuestamente estaba lleno estaba lleno toda la piscina, no sé muy malo y el Carro no hablar del ballet parking. Había una espera de una hora y media para pedir el carro y yo no hago un bebé de cuatro meses no muy bonito el hotel pero"
