Lovely hotel and lovely staff on reception too. Only thing I was disappointed in was that our room was not made up only half a job done which was an odd as we had the sign on the door and clearly she’d been in the room, but apart from that everything else was good. Having said that I would stay here again too nice location and neighbourhood.,

Had a great stay. The 24 hour heated pool was a great place to relax and unwind late at night with drinks from the bar downstairs. I loved the hidden speakeasy vibe of the hotel and walking by the bar and wine cellar each night to the elevators made me smile. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The south beach location is PRIME.

Perfect location just below 5th Street – peaceful yet close (walking distance 10 min) to all the fun and nightlife. Super friendly people and free coffee all day. We felt really welcome and would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a sensibly priced hotel ion Ocean Drive for a one night stay before returning to the UK ater finishing a two week transatlantic cruise. We were astounded and delighted with the hotel and the staff. The room was large, immaculately clean and so well equipped. The staff could nt have been nmore helpful. Maybe being only 14 rooms allows them to focus more but this is a big plus for any prospective bookers.

I had an amazing time at Prime. The staff went above and beyond . I’m a cat lover so across the street on the other balcony straight across there were cats hanging out it was so cute. The room was beautiful.

Great location right next to the beach. The staff were courteous and welcoming. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they kindly allowed us to check in two hours before the official check-in time. The complimentary homemade cookies in the room were delicious. Detox water and coffee were available in the lobby at all times. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and the atmosphere was very peaceful.
