"After our first night we asked if we could have clean towels. The staff said they would bring them but after us being gone all day, we came back to a dirty room plus absolutely No towels . Then had to wait 2 hours for new ones to arrive."

"O hotel é fantástico, bem decorado e bem localizado, próximo ao Bayside. Minha única reclamação é com o serviço de quarto. Precisei de gelo para colocar no joelho depois de uma batida e foi preciso falar diretamente na recepção e ainda ligar 3 vezes para o customer service e demorou mais de 1 hora para ser atendido."
