The shower head was broken and the knob to turn the water on broke off. I had no phone and was told I would be getting a new room and I never did.

Confirmation email from Expedia said ALL fees had been paid. Arrived at hotel and they refused to put me in a room until I paid an additional $140 in addition to a $100 deposit. Staff was very rude. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Mold and mildew everywhere. Toilet was running and made an ungodly noise that woke me up every 20 minutes or so. Took two nights to get me in a new room. New room had the wrong shower curtain so water ran out from underneath all over the bathroom floor. Room didn’t even have a trash can. Fridge battery worked. No microwave. Just an overall horrible experience. Will never book there again.

I would give a higher rating but the hotel policy of not holding luggage is a deal-breaker for me. I take lots of cruises out of Miami and it is very inconvenient to check out at 11am and have to drag my luggage around for hours before I can board the ship.

Disappointing Stay with Unexpected Costs and Cramped Space was disheartened by the experience. I was met with a lack of on-site parking. I was directed to a nearby parking facility which incurred a significant additional expense, much to my dismay. The room itself was another letdown. Contrary to the advertised images and descriptions, the space was quite confined, which considerably affected the comfort of my stay.

For some reason the receptionist kept forgetting to give me my ID back, happened to me and my guest that arrived later in morning. Thought i lost my ID until i went down to ask for it, same thing happened to my guest. Idk i just thought that was pretty weird, made me uncomfortable.

Surprisingly shady looking property - with graffiti on its walls (inside, not outer walls). my Room (king bed) looked clean on first look, but there is no broad lighting in room except two small lamps, no to minimal channels on tv that is too dark to see anything, clogged sinks, non-working/broken iron, no mirrors in bathroom, and the worst - a creaking bed that was clearly over-used. The view from windows is terrible too. Due to homeless people sitting right outside, I did not feel safe here and purposely stayed outside hotel most of the time. There is no way this property is a 4 star on google. I would give it 2 stars, and mainly because staff was bit helpful.

Not a great customer service at the front desk, rooms are too old, pool and roof top areas are limited to smokers and close too early @ 8:30pm. For a beach hotel was not my best pick this time!

Check In was long and dreary! Took me almost an hour before I finally got a key. I must say the clerk was kind, pleasant and apologetic! I was super tired by then and all I wanted was a bed. When I snuggled in I found what seemed like blood on the bedding. I took a picture and showed front desk the next morning , explaining that I slept without sheets. She seemed upset as I was and immediately called for a second cleaning of the room. Housekeeping came and she was clearly upset. We didn’t understand each other as she only spoke Spanish. She left, then I received a call from front desk stating that it’s policy that I leave the room when it’s being clean … sigh … ok I stood outside . When housekeeping was done she did not have to manners or courtesy to inform me that it was ok to get back in … no sign, no gesture … she just pressed the elevator button and left. The same night that I checked in I was asleep when I heard knocking on my door. I started getting up to check the door only for it to be swung open by two men who when they saw me simply said “I’m sorry” I’m half naked at that point. I never felt comfortable thereafter

For a hotel in the heart of South Beach the TV only had infomercials and HGTV. Windows don’t open. Noisy and if you’re checking out early you have to take your luggage. They won’t hold it for you. Very expensive for what you get.

We find that guests often stream from their phones, laptops, tablets, or even use a streaming device, so our complimentary use of WiFi is helpful. Great boutique hotel within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. Love the free happy hour. Great way to visit sister properties. Pool also was wonderful in the courtyard. Very tropical. Thanks for a great stay.
