Beautiful property with scenic views.This property was in walking distance of everything. My partner and I loved it. We just didnt love it didnt have a microwave or pool.

The location was great the restaurant of the hotel was great Alfredo Pasta was awesome, staff were friendly the only issue was the bathroom the sink was so small to the point cusses your clothes wet also there wasn’t any fan in our bathroom. In General it was a nice place to stay :)

Perfect location for visiting the beach. Beach chairs and towels included in your stay, you have to pay extra for an umbrella though. They even have bikes you can borrow. We went to the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and felt like that was a rip-off, would not recommend. But our stay at the hotel was perfect.

The location is top notch! Staff is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean, pricing for the mini bar are better than any bar or store! I will only stay at Winter Haven from now on! Don’t hesitate…. Book this for your next stay!

We were immediately welcomed with a glass of champagne, check in went smoothly ALSO a big plus 2 beach chairs were included in our stay which we loved. We payed extra for an umbrella. Everything was within walking distance, we loved that staff was always very attentive and helpful no matter what hour of the night it was. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. I love the decor and the Italy vibe this hotel gives. I also like the convenience of the hotel being extremely close to the beach and shops. The city view was amazing and the beach view was pretty. The only thing that I could critique is the mold in the shower area, the smell the A/C unit gives off, and the sheets seemed to be overly used and could use a newer set. Other than that, everything was great.

Viaggio di coppia. L’hotel si trova sulla 14th della Ocean Dr a 100 metri dalla spiaggia,vicino a tutti i ristoranti e servizi,la camera ha quasi tutto però non ha armadi,ha solo 3 cassetti e 5-6 grucce,quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere tutto nelle valigie. Apertura delle finestre minima senza zanzariere.Condizionatore molto rumoroso,infatti dormivamo sempre con i tappi. Servizio di pulizia buono anche se ogni giorno si dimenticavano qualcosa,forse non hanno una check-list da consultare per rifare le camere.Bottiglie d’acqua illimitate e macchina del caffè espresso in camera con cialde nuove ogni mattina.Sunbeds e teli da mare inclusi.Bici incluse.Receptionist e personale molto gentili e disponibili.

They put us in the wrong room and we had to change rooms. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely tiny. The shower was so tiny you could barely move. The staff was not helpful, unprofessional, and the customer service was poor. I will not stay here again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here on a recommendation…..last recommendation I take from that person. The rooms were tiny, the bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in and smelled very dingy. If you do stay here, request a room that isn’t on the alley side of the building, dumpsters are emptied each morning around 6:30ish and the slamming around is impossible not to sleep through. The AC didn’t really cool the room down either. On a bright note, all of the staff at the hotel were great but that was it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved the location and that it was to the quieter side of the strip. The bed was comfortable and we also appreciate that we couldn't hear guests from the room next door or the room across from us. We didn't like the bathroom in our room. It was extremely small and a sliding door for the shower would have been a better design than being on a hinge. We had to navigate getting into the shower without getting the floors wet as well as not getting burn from the hot water as the temperature would fluctuate. Apart from this issue I would recommend this property. It was a nice stay.
