"This was a very nice place to stay. I enjoyed the closed in patio area and the breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were neat and the area was safe and quiet."
"Just an amazing gem, the property itself is an amazing estate with great staff and food - with the feel of a small boutique manor, it offers a nice luxurious retreat at a reasonable price, it was the highlight stay of our 16 day trip around the UK."
"The room was nice and had everything that we needed, plenty of parking and a good selection at breakfast. The leisure facilities were good but a little bit crowded so we didn’t stay long. "
"Stayed here for work …
Rooms ideal … everything was clean and tidy …
And ground floor rooms were cool in the extremely hot weather

Derby Mickleover Hotel, BW Signature Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely helpful staff. Changed rooms as shower had no water, next room shower drizzled and was broken in its wall fixings. Could all do with a spruce up. Really enjoyed the comfy bedroom, relaxed public area. "
"Second stay at this hotel and glad I returned. Lovely and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and comfortable. Breakfast good choice. Is a great location in the city.
Only issue was the scary carpark - really steep slope and corner to navigate. Not sure I would use again and just go with the NCP near hotel instead. "
"Had an issue with noise and vibrations room 606 on sixth flour proberbly air con unit on roof ,the manager resolved the issue quickly and with great professionalism, moving us to a new room."
