"Clean chain hotel with good amenities but in small rooms. Great location. Felt overcrowded busy and a little unwelcoming.... this led to regular crowding and queues for the elevators, which then didn't always take you to the floor booked. Breakfast was, likewise overcrowded and difficult to find seats for even 2 or 3 people."

"Good location but soooooo many people! Lobby was always full. Checking in your bags took forever! You had to do a line for pretty much everything. "

"The location is great. But, I really don’t like much else. The staff was at best ok. We weren’t told anything about the property on arrival. We weren’t asked how the stay was when we checked out. There was no coffee in the room nor did they have Coffee in the lobby. The room was like an ocular migraine, patterns everywhere… carpet, walls, curtain. The room was very dark. I tried to call housekeeping for an item and our telephone didn’t work. Weird room and bathroom layout. It was clean and the shower was good. There you have it."

"No parking on site. We parked at a garage 2 blocks away which wasn't that bad. AC worked fine and felt uncomfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful."

"A lot of options to eat and drink. Elevators seemed a bit worn down but our room in the Havana tower was very clean and updated as was majority of the property"
