"The property is not fully open post hurricane. Many of the amenities are not available, which was not disclosed. For example, the family side is not available which means certain amenities which are located on the family side is also not available. They are still recovering. However, the staff, the food and the entertainment was unmatched. They did their best they could to accommodate for the circumstances."

"Great property with spacious living area, updated kitchen, two bedroom and two bathrooms. The pools are just a few steps off of balcony of this ground floor ocean front unit. Host was very accomodating and communicative throughout our stay."

"My family and I had a great time here. It is much smaller than I’m used to but the kindness and smiles from everyone who worked there certainly made up for that. The service staff went above and beyond everyday and always had a smile to give. The food was great and we enjoyed sampling some Jamaican food. The jerk chicken and hand breaded onion rings were enjoyed daily by us. We would certainly return if we come back to Runaway Bay in the future! "

The front desk staff were outstanding especially Shelby and Roxanne, who were professional, welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. I had an amazing overall experience. Breakfast is complimentary and the dining experience was top-notch. You truly get great value for your money when dining here. I highly recommend this hotel."
