"Rating: 4 / 5 stars Pros: The hotel is immaculately clean throughout and has a wonderful, welcoming fragrance the moment you walk in. The doormen provide a lovely greeting touch, and the team was accommodating with a late check-out. Cons: Given the high price point, we expected a slightly more exclusive boutique experience overall. Our check-in interaction with one of the front desk staff was a bit cold and uninviting, which was a little disappointing at the start of our anniversary stay. Overall: A very clean, pleasant hotel in a great location, though we felt the luxury level didn't quite match the premium nightly rate."
