"The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful! There isn't much of a lobby, but the Hole in the Wall restaurant on the other side was nice. Food was great, but so much I couldn't eat it all. Room was quiet and roomy. Nice bathroom with a fan that actually filtered the steam out. For the location, it was a great deal."

"The property is nice and pristine from the first moment you arrive to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We even got a recommendation to a Thai restaurant from a lady that works at the front desk of the restaurant at the hotel. Very nice atmosphere. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of NYC! Walking distance to Bryant Park, Times Square, restaurants, bars and entertainment! I chose this hotel for the rooftop bar in particular and it did not disappoint! Staff was exceptionally courtious and my breakfast was great. I would stay here again with zero hesitation!"

"The room was dirty when I arrived. Hair all over the shower, the toilet was not properly cleaned. The drawers would open on their own. The ceiling apears to have had a leak resently. When I checked in the front desk gave me the room key and he said it had the wifi password but it did not. I had to go back down and ask for it. Over all, very sloppy. "

"The property does not employ a bell man. The property does not have carts to carry luggage. I had to get all my stuff out( family of five ) have them sit at the curb while I drove my car to get parked itself. I was told I cannot use my car during the entire stay- they would not accommodate any requests to use my car during the stay. The property allows smoking cigarettes and weed right in front of the building. The entire building stinks like weed. The front desk had one gentleman that was helpful and he was very kind. The other people At the desk didn’t seem to care about our stay; the accommodations or helping us navigate the city and transportation. I would not recommend- "
