Clean room, convenient location and friendly staff

Nice property, slightly away from centre but staff were very nice

Comfortable room and hotel, friendly and helpful staff and owners. Very close to the bus and train stations. I ended up extending my stay to visit more sights nearby.

Great hotel in prime location! The bus station to Neuschwanstein castle is a 2 min walk away, and you can also walk to Lake Alpsee in about 5 minutes. We got a free upgrade to a big and spacious room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The breakfast menu has a big variety and is tasty too. Definitely recommend this hotel when you’re visiting Neuschwanstein castle.

Excellent amenities and great breakfast

Keno welcomed us warmly and was helpful in so many ways, even helping us book Thai massage. EV charging was also possible with surcharge of 14.40 for 20KW. Transportation card provided free for easy travels. Nearby park and shops nearby. Train station is walking distance too. Prefect place with dedicated staff. Housekeeping was top notch too.

Very friendly and warm service from every single staff member. Beautifully built hotel with alpine views all around with an amazing outdoor pool and cosy spa areas for lounging in. Well worth the nightly rate if you make use of the facilities. Each room also has its own tap of fresh alpine water for drinking. If breakfast is included in your rate then you are in for a treat. Reasonable range of high quality breads, juices, cold cuts, cheese, coffee and tea, waffle station and eggs cooked to...

Go for the room with Balcony! You can see both castles from your room. Excellent breakfast as well. One of the best place i stay in Germany although it is 3 stars,

Great hotel nestled in the lap of nature in Grainau. It’s about 6 km from Garmisch but totally worth it! It’s located next to a beautiful lake with a nice hiking path. The rooms are old school but well appointed with amenities. The sauna was very nice after a day of skiing. Food was good and we enjoyed our breakfast. There was free parking available outside but we took the paid basement parking to keep our car warm and easily accessible via the elevators. There were many sweet little gestures...
