Pior atendimento que ja tive na vida.

O hotel fica num bairro bem situado, porém a recepcao é pessima. A dona é muito arrogante, faz um sermao de meia hora ate sobre como abrir a porta do box do banheiro. Reclamou que nao falavamos ingles fluente, impaciente, deu esporro quando perguntei sobre café da manhã. Paguei por ar condicionado no hoteis.com. quando pedi o controle do ar no hotel, quiseram me cobrar 10 euros pela utilizacao e ainda quiseram dizer que a gente nao precisava. Resultado: abrimos a janela a noite, encheu o quarto de pernilongo no ouvido e nao dormimos. Sem falar na falta de manutencao do quarto, persiana quebrada, porta do box quebrada e três andares para subir de escada. Definitivamente, esse barato nao compensa, principalmente pelo nivel de arrogância da atendente.

Das Hotel gleicht einem umgebauten Mehrparteienhaus. Die Zimmer sind ok - allerdings wurde an vielen Stellen schon provisorisch geflickt. Neben den Zimmern ist die Besitzerin ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zu den eigentlich selbstverständlichen Verhaltensweisen innerhalb eines Hotels werden zusätzliche, sehr konkrete Regeln beim Check In vorgestellt, die während des Aufenthalts einzuhalten sind (z. B. die Dauer des Duschens). Wer lediglich eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigt, kann dieses Hotel beruhigt buchen - alle, die etwas mehr „Hotelfeeling“ wünschen, würde ich von diesem Hotel abraten.

La signora Mira e sua sorella Patrizia sono gentilissime. E disponibili. Sono stata bene mi sono trovata magnificamente. La mattina un bel buffet di colazione illimitata. Tv grande in camera .Pulizie Doc. Posizione strategica per lo shopping ce vicino L'Esselunga che con offerte compri gastronomia pronta da mangiare. Comodo per raggiungere il Teatro degli Arcimboldi a piedi .

Soggiorno breve, ma molto ben fornito per essere un hotel ad una stella, cordialissimi i dipendenti e check in/ check out facile e veloce. L'unico piccolo disagio è stata la mancanze del bidè nel bagno privato nella stanza, per il resto tutto buono.

La struttura necessità sicuramente di un piccolo riammodernamento, ma è pulita e in una zona tranquilla. A pochi minuti dalla metro che in 15 minuti ti porta in piazza duomo. Con parcheggio e colazione, penso che sia uno degli alloggi piú convenienti in zona Milano. Ci torneró

buona la posizione in un bel quartiere residenziale vicino alla fermata della metropolitana. la struttura purtroppo sciatta e trasandata. la stanza sufficientemente pulita per passarci un paio di giorni. spazio per la colazione triste. personale gentile e disponibile. con una piccola ristrutturazione diventerebbe un albergo davvero carino.

Удобное местоположение, чистые номера, нормальный вай-фай, парковка. Завтраки скудные, но наесться можно (2€). Очень радушная, гостеприимная, разговорчивая хозяйка. Сходу заказала нам пиццу, привезли быстрей, чем успела покурить. Есть дворик небольшой. В августе - комары. Где-то рядом есть метро (были на машине, поэтому не знаю). Без кондиционера жарко , но терпимо. Фен дают. Я ездила с несовершеннолетним сыном (14лет), хозяйке нужно было подтверждение от отца. Единственное место, где это понадобилось. Напечатали, подписались, все в порядке.

Not good.

The manager speaks very little English, and was not slightly friendly, though she did tell us the nearest airport when we had to change our rental car. Parking is very difficult. The room was clean and adequate. The hotel's internet and phone line were down the 2nd night. Breakfast was ALL carbs - no meat, no cheese, no eggs. Would not go back and cannot recommend.

Accogliente B&B a due passi da Istria M5

Struttura accogliente e ben organizzata, personale efficiente e pernottamento gradevole. Data la dimensione non eccessiva delle camere consiglierei questo B&B soprattutto a coppie o persone sole. L'unica pecca, non dipendente però dalla struttura né dal personale, un'ospite rumorosa intorno a mezzanotte (tacchi su scale).

Hôtel bien situé, non loin du métro. La rue est calme. L'accueil a été chaleureux avec une envie de faire plaisir. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Hotels.com avait oublié de signaler qu'il fallait "réserver" une place de parking, mais nous avons pu stationner dans la rue à l'extérieur (normalement payant le matin, mais nous avons eu de la chance). Attention aussi pour les gens qui ne peuvent pas monter les escaliers - il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (ça ne nous a pas gênés). Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant pour attaquer une journée à Milan. Merci donc !
