I didn't get to stay, shortly before arriving at the hotel I received a call to say there wasn't a room available even though I had pre paid. Lots of time now wasted trying to get my money back.

Loved the decor, the room space and cleanliness. Shampoo and soap smelled lovely. Front desk lady was really sweet and helpful. Area was perfect, accessible everywhere by walking. Feedback would be that the shower space is a little tight which is expected in Europe. Breakfast area feels a bit dark and options could be enhanced.

AC not working

Hotel advertised AC. It did not work, 27C in my room. Impossible to sleep with windows open due to noisy street. Did not sleep at all. Unhelpful staff, asked them to contact management regarding this. Have not heard a thing. Payed 450€. One of my worst hotel experiences.
