Hilton was excellent. Breakfast was amazing, the best yet. Hotel was very close to Centrale Railway station, however not that many restaurants in the area. Good side was that Duomo and Navagli areas were just a ten minute metro ride away, with many eateries available.

Upon checking in, we were warmly welcomed by staff who ensured our luggage was secured until our room was ready. We were given a key to access a very nice lounge while we waited for our room. There was also a dining/bar area where we could have waited. Luggage was delivered to our room once we were able to get in. Housekeeping ensured the room was very clean and restocked with fresh towels and supplies. They were very friendly when passing by in the hallway. Dining area was clean and very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Hotel is conveniently located to train station, as well as restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Hilton Milan.

A lovely hotel in a good location. Attentive staff and very clean. Only disappointment was discovering the terrace advertised with the executive lounge was closed due to building work which was not advertised on the website or brought to our attention before or after booking.

This was a useful space to stay for a night. The bathroom was well organized and appointed. The bed was comfy. Great for a business stay or a night on a changeover at the train station, which is very close by. This is a solid 4-star hotel in terms of decor and style. We give the staff a rating closer to 5 stars. Friendly and helpful throughout.
