The rooms are small but nice and clean. 2 trams pass by, which is convenient. Luckily our window faced the inside court not the streets! Breakfast buffet is good and the servers are very kind. All the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Being close to Garibaldi Station makes it easy to go to Malpensa airport and anywhere else! Thank you!

Great, but some small issues

Great stay, great location and good service. Negative were the delayed check-in and the shower head being too low for tall person. Despite it all, would happily stay again.

It was a fine stay except the AC would barely blow. The room was a bit small For a family if 4 but it worked. It was clean just a bit hot. Shower was a bit outdated.

Our room was facing the road where the street car terminal was, and our room was constantly shaking. Also, the air conditioning wasn't enough to make the room comfortable. Staff were great and helpful. Laundry service available across the steet. Minutes from public traniit which was quite cheap for day passes.

Bed was fine. But room cleaning service forgot to turn on refrigerator and air conditioner,although I insert my key card. If you are nervous for sounds, a tram and metro provides pain. It's OK for us.Because it's easy to move by tram. No dinner service at hotel and near area for summer vacation.So we needed to eat at other place or takeout by tram.
