Friendly staff and a nice location. I would recommend this place to those who want to explore different neighborhoods, including both the old and newer, more modern areas. This location is nicely situated between the two. The only issue we had was some traffic noise from outside and occasional plumbing noise from inside the building. Nothing unbearable, though.

I stayed with my husband for only one night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel does not look modern, but our room was clean, A/C worked perfectly and the shower had hot water. The room had space for our luggage. The hotel is not located near the city center, but a metro station is close. Keep in mind that with luggage it can be a little challenging to get from the station to the hotel due to the conditions of the sidewalks. Nevertheless, we'll stay again for our last night in Italy. ✨️

Nice location. Small but nice. Only thing I did not like is no water except for $ to patrons. And was woken up at 4 am due to metal rods removed all at once to change out carpet- I assume( very loud!). Safe area.

The staff at reception was definitely the best, nicest and most helpful group of gentlemans, they are available 24 hours, are engaged and work with each other to accomodate clients across time shifts. That is my experience with a heavy suitcase and a need to have a taxi available at 3 am. Cleanliness is as good, the ladies worked hard daily, cleaned the floors, they changed my bedsheets and towels every 2nd day as I was a 6-day guest. Bathrooms are like new or maybe new wioth a useful working bidet. I appreciated the windows opening to let clean air get into the room. The only 2 things I would update are add a small fridge in the room and finding a way to freshenup the smell of cleaning products in the rooms, which is pretty much manageable by opening the windows. The location very good -5 minutes from Wagner subway on the main M1 red line, that takes you straight to Il Duomo in 15 minutes. There are many fresh market and commercial stores around that plaza and to the right it continues with Corso Vercelli a nice commercial area.

This hotel is perfect if your looking to explore Milan as it’s very close to a lot of public transport that can take u into the city center, aswell as having a bar and good restaurants close by.

It is a ok hotel. Everything was bare minimum. There is no soap or anything complimentary. Only towel in the bathroom, 2 pillow per bed. Our room as 2 bed just for 2ppl. Which i found weird , i didnt request for it. The room was decent and clean . It is good to stay for a night. But for what we paid i expected more.

Charming, with a lot of character. You can reach all the main attractions in the city centre by walk. Friendly staff, you need something, just ask. Would like a kettle in the room, but there was a hairdryer in the bathroom (so, one of two 😁). Overall very good option for the price.

Everything was perfect. Only one small problem that one can hear the water pipes running just behind my head which affected the sleep (all of a sudden there would be water sound :) ). Other than that it was nice, clean and polite staff.

The staff was all the difference in the world- and the main difference between 3 (possibly 2) stars and 4. It was not as convenient as you would think and the distance from the train station required auto transport is f you have baggage.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist was very friendly and helped accommodate the third guest we added after making the initial booking. The location is about 20 minutes from the city center by metro and 30 minutes from the train station. While it is a bit out of the city, the location is very nice and seems very safe. It appears to be a family neighborhood with lots of restaurants and grocery stores, and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. For the price it is definitely worth it!

Not what I expected

Even though its a nice hotel and the location is good. I had several issues one of which was, the hotel asked for an additional cleaning payment which wasnt on the receipt and I blame hotels.com for this because for me its not a reliable website, as they do dishonest discounts to make sure that you make the reservation and after they dont take responsibility. Unfortunately also, staff didnt meet my expections, as they dont know how to listen and make sure the customer is comfortable. All I heard from them was, 'I cant do anything about it'. Unfortunately the room window didnt close properly, and the heating wasnt functioning well, so I passed 2 nights at slightly cold temperature, after I got sick. I tried to explain but for them the window was in order. Plus, I had asked a quiet room but I was given the room at the ground floor, hearing all customers come and go all day long. I was given a bigger room they said as an upgrade. I just wanted my needs met, thats all.
