An affordable nice stay, not far from downtown.

It was a nice stay, due to the virus we were one of the only guests here. You need to wear your mask, and keep the distance. This is why breakfast wasn't really available. There is private parking, so you don't need to park on the street. The bathroom is shared (only one for five or more room), it can be a problem if the hotel is full.

Atendimento péssimo, Brasil não se hóspede aqui.

Hotel informa checkin 24h é expresso, chegamos às 10 e foi informado que era somente as 14h, atendente não deixou nem usarmos o Wi-Fi do hotel. E depois nós colocou no quarto ao lado da calçada de pedestres. Certamente para fazermos essa avaliação péssima do atendimento.Disse que o cancelamento devolvia o dinheiro, mas no aplicativo tinha multa.

It's a one star facility, so keep your expectations low. The cost may vary between 50-60€ for a double room with private bathroom, which is quite expensive but normal for Milan. The first receptionist didn't great us and didn't really pay attention to what we were asking. The building appears to be under construction and there are doorways closed by raw cement. The room was fairly clean, especially the bathroom, but the windows was so old that the rain came into the room. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable, especially the pillows. However,

L’hotel si presenta molto male esternamente e internamente, infatti l’aspetto esterno e della hall dell’hotel non invitano di certo ad entrare. Le camere sono un filino migliori ma presentano solo i comfort strettamente necessari. Molto male i servizi, visto che il segnale del wifi, nella mia camera, era debolissimo e le stanze non venivano rifatte prima del primo pomeriggio. Unico aspetto positivo è la pulizia, anche se al nostro arrivo la camera era tutt’altro che pulita..

Près du centre par le métro très proche Chambre propre et comfortable salle de bain privée très propre et complete. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. Hôtel retiré de la rue principale donc calme la nuit. Personnel correct et pro Parking privé clos par une porte. Par contre parking payant non indiqué à la commande. 5€ moto 10 € voiture ( exagéré) Petit déjeuner compris très correct. Si je reviens à milan, je reviendrai ici . Pprix pàr nuit 35 € environ ( ça varie ) Je délaisse un peu booking pour hotel.com

Unsatisfied with this hotel

Hello We are very unsatisfied with this hotel in Milan ,it was the worst hotel with unprofessional employees in the reception. We had booked a hotel with animal friendly but receptionist who apparently was moslem,everytime told us about our little dog. He said you’d hide him in our hotel because we have Moslems passenger. Last day he said you should pay 60 euro for the dog otherwise dog can not be in the hotel. We called to the police and had to leave the hotel about 23:00 o’clock. We slept in the car last night. There is not also good situation in the hotel for breakfast,there are 4 tables with 8 chairs for all the passengers close to a toilet in the reception room. All should wait until others eat breakfast quickly. We tried to call you but we couldn’t. It was one of our worst trip experience in the Milan with this hotel. Thanks for your support . El que estaba atendiendo cuando llegamos, se dijo ser el dueño y nos trato mal, no quería darnos información y comenzó a gritarnos, cuando le dijimos que llamaríamos a la policía se portó más prepotente, jamás volveré a ese hotel

Из плюсов: близость к метро, дешево и булочки на завтрак. Минусы: Было нереально холодно. Невозможно было находиться в помещение без верхней одежды и без ботинок. Слышно просто все. Как заходят соседи, как проезжают машины.
