Dear Wei Xiang,we are sorry to understand from your review that your stay in our hotel was not appreciated.The hotel has been designed to have a minimal design with all the comforts in the spacious rooms such as minibar, a spacious bathroom, king size bed etc..Being in an ancient courtyard in the center of Milan, the hotel was designed trying to maintain the uniqueness and tranquility of the structure, things much appreciated by the guests we welcomed.We are also sorry to have received a negative comment about the reception staff: all the staff are available to guests by giving information on the main services that the city offers.As you can read from the numerous positive reviews we receive, the kindness of the staff and the central and quiet location are much appreciated by our welcome guests.We remain available.Best regards
