This hotel was charming and perfectly situated for our visit. Staff was lovely and very helpful. We were offered a sitting map and got a very thorough introduction places within the city that would be of interest and how all of the trains work. I am so glad I found this gem on the border of Chinatown. Easy walking distance too many points of interest. Also easy access to Metro.

I was very happy with our stay at the hotel. Everything was great, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great and the rooms are spaceious and very clean. Nice hotel! Good location to see the main attractions in Milan. Staff was nice and the breakfast was pretty good. Rooms had air conditioning. The rooms smelled like cleaning products which I didn’t mind but it could be bothersome to people with sensitivities.
