Hotel was in an ok area so nothing fancy. The staff is there 24/7 and they were nice. Room was small. Bathroom small. They had simple breakfast included with our booking.

The hotel had been newly renovated and was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Clean room, helpful staff, and right beside the metro - can't beat that. The only thing lacking was the breakfast, but not enough to affect the good rating. This place was as cheap and clean as they come.

Excellent stay, perfect location within walking distance to central and right outside metro to go anywhere else in Milan. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Air con in room was great. 2 women and man on reception throughout stay were also very helpful whenever needed. 10/10.

We were able to check in early, which was nice after a long flight. Close to the train station and metro. Front desk was very helpful with metro info. The next morning we opted for the breakfast which was good to start our day. Less hassle than finding a restaurant and the food choices were satisfactory. Overall the hotel is pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and easy to get to train station with carry on. If you have lots of luggage, take a taxi. I would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they kindly allowed us to store our bags for a while before check-in, which made exploring the area much easier. The room was comfortable, and everything was clean. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations for nearby places to eat; they pointed us to some great local restaurants. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel is convenient to the train station if you are thinking of day trips outside of Milan on the train. The room was big, the amenities were good, and there is a subway stop two blocks away. All in all, we had a very good stay here, though the hotel staff needs to make more recommendations for restaurants to eat at in the vicinity. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.
